Problems
Please find in the left side margin model solutions to problem sheet 1, I will provide some more detail to the solutions of Q3 and Q4 later. Please also note a small change I made to Q1 of problem sheet 2: part (c) should not refer to part (a) but just ask to find the flow of the non-autonomous ODE.

Progress tests
There will be two progress tests, on Mon 9 Feb 4pm, and on Mon 16 Mar 4 pm. Apparently some of you have a schedule on which (three) other dates are indicated, but please ignore those. A week before the tests I will detail the material you need to prepare.

Chapter 2 notes update
Please note that they have now been updated. For those who downloaded or printed the previous version: the only difference is the new section 2.3.3 on Jordan-Chevalley decomposition.

I have posted the lecture slides, handwritten notes for week 1 and Chapter 2 of the course notes(see left margin). Please note that Chapter 2 of the course notes is currently only temporary and will be updated next week, as I still need to add a few things.
